Finally a new post!

A recipe family-approved:

Greek Pork Pasta

2 boneless pork loin chops
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste
Olive oil
1 package Trader Joe’s dried mini ravioli
1/2 cup Ken’s Greek dressing
3-4 Tablespoons Costco pesto
2Tablespoons butter


Slice pork chops thinly.
Season meat with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Hear skillet with olive oil and add pork.  Cook until almost
cooked through.
Cook mini ravioli in boiling salted water until al dente, approximately
15 minutes.
Add Greek dressing to skillet with pork.
Add 3-4 Tbsp pesto and stir well
Add 1/2 cup pasta water after pasta cooks a while 
When ravioli is al dente add to pork sauce

Add 2 Tbsp butter and stir until coated.

Voilá

Maybe this will be the beginning of starting regular posting again...
